The family
My name is GIULIA, I live IN NORTHERN ITALY BUT I SPEND MY SUMMERS IN THIS small town in the lower Salento since my childhood. The solemare residence was born way back in 1980 by the hand of my father ennio who, after a furtive holiday in this part of Italy (mostly unknown at the time) dotted with Caribbean beaches, fell in love with it and decides to invest in real estate.
In the following years, and today more than ever, Salento becomes a destination for tourists from all over the world and I take care of the apartments we still own.
